1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlushKit (flushkit.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FlushKit is operated by iDeployed UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Torgauer Straße 231-233, 04347 Leipzig, Germany (HRB 45472, Amtsgericht Leipzig).
2. Description of Service
FlushKit is a software-as-a-service platform that enables developers to send remote in-app notifications to Flutter applications via a REST API and Flutter SDK.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use FlushKit.
- One account per person or organisation is permitted.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use FlushKit to:
- Send spam, unsolicited, or misleading notifications.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware or harmful content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures.
- Resell or redistribute the service without prior written permission.
- Use the service for surveillance or tracking without user consent.
5. API Keys and Security
- API keys are confidential credentials unique to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys.
- Lost or compromised keys must be revoked immediately via the dashboard.
- FlushKit staff will never ask for your API key.
6. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Overage fees apply at €0.80 per 1,000 additional events beyond your plan limit.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused events.
- Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. FlushKit does not store card details.
7. Free Tier
The free tier is provided as-is with no service level guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification.
8. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance at status.flushkit.dev.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of FlushKit is subject to our Privacy Policy. Notification content is processed transiently and not retained beyond your selected history window.
10. Intellectual Property
- FlushKit and its components are owned by iDeployed UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
- The another_flushbar Flutter package is open source (MIT licence) and governed separately.
- You retain ownership of all content you send through the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with immediate effect for serious violations. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iDeployed UG shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
- Damages arising from service interruptions.
- Third-party actions or content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leipzig, Germany.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
